GPH stands for General Purpose Hunter:  This model is a dependable and ergonomic all round rifle with a typical for caliber 22" barrel length Designed for use in a variety of hunting situations. Depending on caliber choice it can be used from the highlands of Scotland to the African plains and anywhere in between. For the one rifle that does it all there is no better choice than the Roedale GPH.  Compatible with calibers from .223Rem  - WSM on the short action and 6.5x55- .458WinMag on the long action

Typicaly the Roedale Model 119 GPH is used in calibers 7mm RemMag - .300WinMag as well as 9.3x62 and .338 WinMag as a long range big game rifle. It is also highly popular in .300WinMag up to .458WinMag as an Africa rifle.
