Terms & Conditions

Prices: All pricing is in € (Euro) including German VAT

• Special order / Custom Manufactured Items: Special order or Custom Manufactured Items are delivered as per delivery agreement. Delivery times will vary depending on component and raw material delivery as well as work load. It must be noted that deposits on Specialy ordered or Custom Manufactured items must be retained to cover costs if for any reason the order is cancelled by the customer.
• Rifle Delivery. We do not gaurantee delivery times on Semi and Full Custom Rifle builds. This us due to the fact that we rely to a varying extent on delivery from component and raw material suppliers and manufacturers. We will accept no harrasment in connection with delivery times, we gaurantee to have the rifle completed within 3 months of reciept by us of all the component parts. Please understand that we cannot bump anyone up the queue or do favours with regards to delivery schedules, this would be unfair to all our customers. Please rest assured that when you receive your rifle it will defrinately have been worth the wait.

Payment:

• Special Order – Custom Manufature are to be paid in full before delivery.
• Rifle Orders- are to be paid in two parts. A deposit of 60% is required to finalise any order, followed by a final payment of 40% due before delivery. It must be noted that the 60% initial deposit must be retained to cover costs if for any reason the order is cancelled. We offer a discount for orders paid in full at time of order.

Returns – Warranty

• All our products, unless otherwise stated carry a statutory 2 year warranty. This does not cover user error,service items or shot out barrels.
• Should you wish to return any item, for whatever reason, please contact us prior to shipping.
